Cancellation Policy:
Participant Cancellation

Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment in the Fundamentals of Modern Medicine: Principles and Practice course must adhere to the following terms:





Cancellations 30 Days or More Before Course Start Date:





Participants are eligible for a full refund of the course fee, minus a $50 administrative processing fee.



Requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@medicalcourseprovider.org.



Cancellations 15–29 Days Before Course Start Date:





Participants are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.



Requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@medicalcourseprovider.org.



Cancellations Less Than 15 Days Before Course Start Date:





No refunds will be issued.



Participants may transfer their enrollment to a future session of the same course (subject to availability) if the request is made at least 7 days before the course start date. A $25 transfer fee applies.



No-Show or Withdrawal After Course Start:





No refunds or transfers will be granted for participants who fail to attend the course or withdraw after the course has begun.

All refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Provider Cancellation

In the rare event that the course provider must cancel the Fundamentals of Modern Medicine: Principles and Practice course, the following applies:





Full Refund:





Participants will receive a full refund of the course fee, including any administrative fees, within 14 business days of the cancellation notice.



Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.



Alternative Options:





Participants may choose to transfer their enrollment to a future session of the same course at no additional cost, subject to availability.



The course provider will notify participants of cancellation via email at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, unless cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or instructor emergencies).

Special Circumstances





Medical or Emergency Cancellations:





Participants who cannot attend due to documented medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances may request a partial refund or course transfer, subject to review. Requests must include supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate) and be submitted within 7 days of the emergency.



Course Format Changes:





If the course format changes (e.g., from hybrid to fully online due to unforeseen circumstances), participants may request a full refund within 7 days of the change announcement if the new format is unsuitable.
