All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the course administrator.
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable administrative charges.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.
Non-attendance or failure to complete the course does not qualify for a refund.
Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost, subject to prior notification and approval.
