Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund, minus applicable administrative charges. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course start date are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or partial attendance. In the event the course is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session. Substitution of participants may be permitted with prior written approval.
