Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through the registration portal. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date will receive a full refund (minus any administrative fees, if applicable). Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or partial attendance. Substitutions are allowed at no extra cost, provided the replacement participant meets course requirements and notification is given before the course start date. In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course date.
